As you expect the necessary, this liner is really good. I love packing. I love a twist mechanism and a sharp mechanism and love how easy it is to use.
Application and formula
Merit is related to the minimalist approach, and this liner is definitely capturing it. When the name offers, the pigmentation is transparent, so it is very difficult to go wrong.
